When you visit FlexR, we use your IP address to show you the experience that matches your location — self-drive rentals in the US, or managed chauffeur service in Nigeria. No setup required.

Private Rental Process

1. Search & Select

Choose your pickup location, dates, and vehicle category. Browse available vehicles with real-time availability and transparent pricing.

2. Create Account

Sign up or sign in. You'll need a valid driver's license and identity verification to rent.

3. Verify Identity

Upload your driver's license and complete identity verification. Add additional drivers if needed.

4. Select Protection & Extras

Choose your protection product, add extras like delivery or additional mileage, and review your final pricing.

5. Pay & Authorize Deposit

Complete payment securely. A security deposit is authorized (not charged) and released after return inspection.

6. Pre-Rental Inspection

Complete a mobile inspection of the vehicle before driving. Document existing condition with photos.

7. Pick Up & Drive

Pick up your vehicle and enjoy your rental. Daily, weekly, and monthly options available.

8. Return & Reconcile

Return the vehicle, complete the return inspection, and reconcile mileage, fuel, and any charges. Deposit is released.

FlexR Ride — Chauffeur Service

FlexR Ride is our managed chauffeur service — different from self-drive rentals. No driver's license or deposit required; your professional driver handles everything.

Hourly Charter: Book a chauffeur by the hour.

Earn 10% commission

You refer guests to FlexR vehicle rentals or chauffeur services. Every booking attributed to your referral earns you a 10% commission on the booking subtotal.

  • Designated booking contact for guest referrals

How It Works

Travel Partners

Earn 10% commission

Travel agencies and agents refer clients to FlexR for vehicle rentals and chauffeur services. Every client booking earns a 10% commission.

Referral Partners

Earn 5% commission

Refer clients, businesses, or friends to FlexR using your unique referral link. Every booking that comes from your referral earns you a 5% commission — no cap.
