Terms of Service

Governing Law: Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FlexR services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to:

  • Riders (FlexR Users)
  • Drivers (FlexD)
  • Corporate Clients
  • Administrators & Dispatchers
2. Services Provided

FlexR provides:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Hourly Charter (6 hours)
  • Intracity Trips (12 hours)
  • Intercity Trips (24 hours)
  • Concierge Add-Ons
  • Corporate Transportation

FlexR is a transportation management platform.

3. Reservations

Reservations must be:

  • Paid at least 3 hours before trip start
  • Or they enter a 1-hour cancellation window
  • Automatically cancelled if unpaid after grace period

Reference numbers are issued as: FLX-XXXXXX

4. Pricing

Pricing includes:

  • Base rate
  • Vehicle class factor
  • Add-ons (stops, concierge, etc.)
  • Applicable taxes (Federal + State)
  • Night surcharge (10pm–6am)
  • Waiting fees (after free period)

Dynamic pricing may apply.

FlexR reserves the right to update pricing logic.

5. Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled:

  • By user before finalization
  • By non-payment expiry
  • By Admin for policy violations
  • By force majeure conditions

Refunds are processed according to payment method.

6. Driver Terms

Drivers must:

  • Complete onboarding
  • Sign contract
  • Meet KPI standards
  • Maintain ratings above threshold
  • Follow safety standards

FlexR may suspend or deactivate drivers for:

  • Safety violations
  • Low ratings
  • Fraud
  • Policy breaches
7. Panic Feature

During active trips, both riders and drivers may trigger panic alerts.

False misuse may result in suspension.

8. Corporate Accounts

Corporate accounts may:

  • Receive Net7 / Net30 billing
  • Have multiple authorized users
  • Be suspended for overdue invoices
9. Limitation of Liability

FlexR is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Missed flights due to third-party factors
  • Force majeure events
  • Driver misconduct outside platform oversight

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be governed by Nigerian law.

Venue: Lagos State, Nigeria.

Arbitration may be required before litigation.

11. Termination

FlexR may suspend accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Non-payment
  • Abuse of platform
  • Policy violations
12. Modifications

FlexR may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
